PassSpark (https://passspark.com) is a free exam practice website. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, optional phone number and a password (stored only as a one-way hash).
- Learning data: your answers, scores, streaks, badges and saved questions, so we can show your progress.
- Community content: posts, comments and chat you choose to share in study groups.
- Messages you send through the contact form.
- Technical data: IP address and browser type in server logs, for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
To run your account, save your progress, keep the site secure, answer your messages and improve the questions. We may email you about your account or important changes. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use one essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
Sharing
We share data only with the hosting and infrastructure providers needed to run the site, or when the law requires it. Other users see your name and score only where you take part in the leaderboard or community (you can hide yourself from the public board in settings).
Your choices
You can update your profile, hide from the leaderboard, or delete your account and all its data in Settings. For any other request, email hello@passspark.com.
Children
Many students are under 18. If you are under 16, please use PassSpark with a parent or guardian's permission.
